If you are having problems with a purchase you have made, or one you are trying to make we are here to help. Please note, no products may be returned until you have filed an RMA request via the website. You will be assigned a returns number which must be used when returning the product.

Faulty products
If you have bought a bulb that has been Dead On Arrival you can fill in an RMA request. This will file a returns request and we will contact you to arrange the return and replacement.

Incorrect product ordered
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product you may return it to us for an exchange. You will be charged £1 to cover the extra postage costs incurred sending your replacement. Please complete an RMA request to indicate the exchange process. Please note that we can only accept returned products for this reason if they are still sealed in their packs and have not been used or opened. Most of the packs allow you to see inside so generally you can offer up your old bulb to compare before breaking the seal. Please ensure you check your owners manual for the correct bulb before ordering.

Incorrect product received
In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong item, please return it to us and we will send out the correct item. We will cover the postage. Please note you must first complete an RMA request via the website.

Missing products
In the unlikely event that we have missed an item when packing your order, please contact us by phone or email.

Bulb failed/blew after just a few weeks
Bulbs are sensitive to vibration and shock. Because some of our bulbs run hotter than standard bulbs the effects of bumps etc on the life span can be more noticeable. Moisture can also damage bulbs, if the inside of your headlamp gets wet, damp or has condensation this can settle on the bulb and cause it to damage when powered up. As a general rule, Xenon bulbs will last as long if not longer than stock bulbs, however in some vehicles they have a tendency to blow after a while. One such car is a VX 220, probably due to the suspension and handling, we have found that bulbs seam to blow more often in these cars than others. If you experience problems with bulbs blowing we suggest you order one of our Philips branded bulbs as these are of a slightly higher material quality and generally have a longer life span. Poor or incorrect fitting of a bulb can also shorten its life, if not break it right away.
